Job Description:
- Provide administrative / secretarial support to 25-person-team
- Arrange foreign colleagues’ business trips in China
- Take charge of warehouse’s data and small spare parts’ package
- Help service and sales department to arrange customer’s training and meeting
- Responsible for all import /export arrangements, custom clearance and documentation
- Responsible for preparation of all other correspondences about logistic whenever necessary
- Help sales and marketing to maintain customer database and organise events
- Receptionist

Job Specification:
- College Degree or above
- At least 5 years’ work experience in secretarial or administrative
- Experiences in customs clearance is a plus
- Technical background is also preferred
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
- Good communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills inclusive of power-points presentation
- Positive team player
- Meticulous and eye for details
