Job Description:

1.Initial point of contact for IT Infrastructure customer solution services provided to APA customer base.
2.Adopt ITIL best practice and guidelines for the customer requests with Ford solutions.
3.Provide Portfolio Prioritization coordination with APA customers.
4.Validate business planning assumptions for infrastructure services (consumption) in support of the business. Collect APA customer's feedback and provide to global ITO backend services team.
5.Provide timely communications on upcoming events associated with any significant infrastructure changes that may affect the customer base in APA.
6.Total awareness of ongoing issues (incidents, problems and change activities) that may affect or potentially affect production service in APA. Proactive communication with all groups for all critical issues.
7.Provide Single Point of escalation contact for APA Customer for Global Services provide to APA. Ensure post event/incident follow-up actions are addressed as published in any/all preliminary/final analyses.
8.Participate as local liaison to Enterprise Data Centers during any major incidents, coordinating local assistance and communications where required.
9.Interfaces primarily with first and second level management, business customers, and the project teams to provide global services reports and feedback on strategic initiative in the region that may need ITO support.
10.Ensures appropriate use of Ford Motor Company IT project management tools, processes, and Methodologies.
11.Ensures effective integration management throughout the life cycle of the projects in the region.
12.Perform customer solution role in line with IT Service Management strategy.

Requiremnets:

1.Bachelor
2.3 to 5 years experience
3.Preferred previous experience: Multi site and remote site support experience
4.Area of professional exposure (technical skills): Build strong relationships, team player, can do attitude
5.Functional skills:

A. Exposure to IT Infrastructure, process and project management.
B. Demonstrated ability to deliver on project commitments through leadership, teamwork, problem analysis/resolution and productivity improvements.
6.Job specific skills: Good communication skills and command of the English language
