Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:
1.Supports the strategic planning and governance of Global ITO Services for a particular CBG
2.Acts as an Ambassador for the ITSM program, particularly an advocate of the ITSM processes and the consistent use of the process guides across all regions.
3.Drives the use of proactive (not reactive) processes that align ITO Services to business needs, covering ITO plans, budgets, and resources; providing the ITRM with sufficient information to influence customer demand and needs
4.Works with ITRMs to understand the CBG customer business requirements (strategic/'macro'); ensures they are captured on the CPMs’ global plans and translated into service portfolio and service demand requirements
5.Interacts with multiple global CPMs to incorporate the regional strategic requirements into service demand
6.Supports CBG PTG with obtaining funds; agreeing scope and timing for the ITO portion of the IT projects
7.Provides input to the definition of the billing & pricing models for the services
8.Reports to the business customers the actual and forecasted consumption of ITO services, to enable the business to govern consumption
9.Contributes to the development of regional cycle plans & supports the subsequent reviews
10.Assists ITRM to develop the regional ITO budget from the cycle plan (setting it (annually) & reporting actual vs. forecast, etc.)
11.Guides the business customers in choosing the correct service level options that allows service quality and costs to map to customer needs, during the Service Level Agreement (SLA) negotiations with the CPM
12.Provides the Service Architect with business requirements, on behalf of the CPM and ITRM, acting as the 'voice of the customer'
13.Reviews Service Descriptions and the Service Catalogue to ensure it meets the customers requirements for both new services and enhancements to existing services
14.Works with the Service Managers to identify and validate Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) opportunities
15.Works with the Service Process Owners/Managers to propose process improvement actions (CIPs)
16.Drives commonality and consistency in shared global ITRM activities across the ITRM offices; e.g., through knowledge sharing and agreeing and documenting procedures
17.Supervises the Business Analyst and Finance Analysts within the office; personnel responsibility; objectives setting; & day to day management
18.Supports & contributes to the ITRM Office Community of Practice
Co-ordinates the execution of the IT RM co-ordination activities during the IT RM Coordinator vacation or absence
Requirements:
1.College
2.5 to 8 years experience
3.Preferred previous experience: IT Experience
4.Area of professional exposure (technical skills):
A. Budget Planning
B. IT Infrastructure Experience
Ability to build strong rapport with all levels for harmonious global working
Team player who can deal with customers and internal organization professionally and effectively
C. Customer Satisfaction mindset and passion for the business
5.Functional skills
A. Ability to drive organization to use ITSM & ITIL concepts & practices
B. Excellent verbal and written presentation skills targeted at various audience levels
C. In depth and detailed understanding of One IT organization with excellent organizational change management skillsD. In depth understanding of ITO processes, in particular financial management & demand management
E. Solid understanding of ITO services and challenges
F. Ability to act as the 'voice of the customer' translating business/PTG feedback & requirements for the Service teams
6.Job specific skills:
