职位描述
Purchasing & Logistics Manager
五百强美资木地板公司，同时负责供应链和采购工作，下带团队。要求英语流利。昆山上班，每天有小车接送（单程：1小时）。
Responsibilities
Leadership:
1. Lead Wood plants Sourcing & Supply Chain team running effectively and efficiently, make sure plant sourcing & supply chain management process is complete and plant sourcing and supply chain management activities are complied with corporate policy.
2. Manage and coach Wood plant sourcing & supply chain team members, make sure team member work effectively to deliver cost savings with excellent On-time delivery performance and satisfy internal customer.
3. Work closely with plant manager(s) to support plant operation, and be member of Plant Leadership Team.
4. Work closely with business team to make sure planning system is efficient & effective.
5. Work closely with global trade compliance team to make sure daily operation is in compliance with corporate policy as well as local law / regulations.
6. Suggests and implements strategies and plans for continued department improvement
Sourcing / Procurement:
1. Manage the spending of all categories of Wood plants in China, including capital project, indirect MRO and raw material procurement.
2. Develop sourcing strategy to align with Company Wood business strategy, make sure the cost is competitive to support the business success.
3. Proactively participate strategic sourcing initiatives of Wood Business globally.
4. Know and monitor supply market closely, provide supply market intelligence of the region to business as well as global sourcing team.
5. Be a strong interface with suppliers, manage supplier relationship as well as performance, make sure supplier deliver qualified product / service to satisfy internal customer.
Supply Chain / Logistics:
1. Leads the safety, housekeeping and environmental compliance of the department
2. Provides support to direct reports in management of daily logistics activities
3. Production planning - manages planning, distribution and sourcing , raw material planning, and scheduling
4. Transportation - manages carrier selection, dispatch and traffic management
5. Warehousing and shipping - manages warehouse space for raw materials and finished goods, and inventory accuracy
6. Maintains contact with functional support in Lancaster
7. Supervise warehouse management, control inventory level of RM and finishing product with Lean thinking.
Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree or above, MBA is preferred.
2. +8 years experience of global sourcing / supply chain management, and +3 years management experience in MNC.
3. Strong skill of supply chain management, solid experience of planning, logistics, import/export, warehouse, and value chain analysis.
