Responsibility：

- Participates as a high level technical expert in design, analysis, building, testing, releasing and maintaining dynamic websites

- Designs and develops application features and frameworks with the goal of maximizing performance, scalability, maintainability, quality, and extensibility

- Develops procedures to solve complex technical problems

- Assists Project Manager and Development Manger to provide detailed work estimates

- Works with the Project Manager to ensure timely delivery and execution of competed application

- Provides technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

- Collaborates with development team to teach and learn during design and coding reviews

- Communicates with U.S. System Architect to understand, discuss the system architecture and DB structure

- Provides system integration suggestion and plan

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering

- Good English written and verbal communication skills

- Minimum 6 years’ software development experience in ASP.NET, C#/VB.NET, ADO.NET, .NET Framework

- Demonstrated experience working in a leadership/architect role for enterprise projects

- Experience with at least one large-scale Web development project

- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and Design Patterns

- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery), Ajax

- Solid knowledge and experience in DBMS such as Microsoft SQL or MySQL database design and programming

- Strong knowledge of system integration technology such as Web Service

- Problem solving and process driven

- Experience of logistics industry, specifically freight-forwarding, is a plus

- Knowledge of SCRUM methodology is a plus
