Job Description:

1.Finding and launch new semiconductor product lines mainly in telecommunication field (initially in charge of product marketing for PMC).
2.Communication with suppliers and customers .
3.Planning Sales/Marketing strategy.
4.Correction of market status, analysis of competitor status, etc.
5.Sales report,forecast, PO, backlog, inventory management.


职位描述:

1.发掘新兴半导体/元器件供货商，以电信与通讯类为主，同时负责PMC产品推广工作。
2.与供货商发展长期合作关系，拜访客户。
3.制定市场策略及资源分配。
4.分析市场动态，分析竞争对手动态。
5.汇报销售工作，负责市场预测，订单，库存工作。



Requirements:

1.Degree holder of Electronic Engineering or Physics related is a plus, good in Arm or MIPS.
2.Three years experience or more in semiconductor distributor.
3.IC support experience, track record of growing business.Experience in telecommunication will be advantage. Know very well products of Router, Switch board, Gateway, Network card controller. Farmiliar with customer and market trends.
4.Good Market and business sense, good communication skills, work independently and able to work under pressure.
5.Fluent spoken and written English.


入职要求：

1. 电子，自动化相关理工科学历，熟知ARM，MIPS。
2. 半导体代理行业经验3年以上。
3. 有良好元器件推广经验与业绩，熟知电信及通讯行业，了解路由器，交换机，网关，网卡控制器相关产品，客户，及市场状况。
4. 良好的市推理念，善于沟通交流，能独力工作，承担一定工作压力。
5. 流利的英语听说读写能力。
