Key responsibilities:
1.Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times.
2.Analyze Body & Paint training needs of China market.
3.Define Body & Paint training scope and deliverables within budget and time frame given.
4.Design Body & Paint training courses and programmes necessary to meet Body & Paint training needs, or manage this activity via external provider(s);
5.Liaise within organization to ensure resource available.
6.Prepare hardware and material for Body & Paint training activities.
7.Liaise and identify external provider(s)'s qualification to meet Body & Paint training project criteria.
8.Drive and negotiate with external provider(s) to ensure quantity, quality and timing.
9.Evaluate external provider(s) performance and feedback any deviation.
10.Conduct dealer Body & Paint staff assessment according to Volvo Global Competence Standard;
Team play in global competence rewarding program;

Experience Required:
1.More than 3-year exposure of automotive-related technical field
2.Good understanding of automotive Body & Paint business is a strong plus
3.Proficient with Microsoft office & other common computer applications
4.Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as a team player.
5.Be able to travel frequently.
6.Works in a responsible way on given tasks.
7.Bachelor degree and above, in automotive business related major.
8.CET 4 or equipment oral and written English level.
