职位描述
ON / RESPONSIBILITY:
1. completing new product definitions (Operations and Product Requests), integrating and processing Product Committee requests (basic requirements) on technical elements and technologies (target settings for products/processes);
2. defining the product/process specifications for all platform operations and ensuring their stability during the entire development process up to product launch;
3. ensuring that objectives formally recorded in the specifications are taken into account and met:
4. product objectives (performance and quality of the final product);
5. product objectives (timelines, production costs, development and investment costs);
6. (according to company operational methods) and relying on members of Core Team, planning and programming the phases of process planning, experimentation and industrialization of all product operations foreseen in the Product Range Plan and related to the platform (definition of the development plan);
7. controlling progress, identifying defects and variations between plans and realized operations, managing the subsequent risks (URL forms) and promoting the actions necessary for their elimination;
8. reporting on progress and project development results, for their incorporation in timelines, technical, qualitative and cost/investment objectives, to present during control point meetings (management and operational milestones)
9. anticipating and report on deviations from objectives, quantifying them in terms of risks and promoting corrective actions;
10. managing the development of platform products during their entire lifecycle, in order to take appropriate further actions (PR) and make modifications (MR);
11. Coordinating the Platform's Core Team.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering
2. Around 8 years in Design departments as Design Manager or similar in industrial vehicles companies experience.
3. Deep knowledge in Product Development Process, people management skills, English
