Main Responsibilities
· Revenue and CM of assigned segments and territories
· Customer identification, relationship management and business growth
· Team and Distributor Management
· Develop and manage a high potential territory
· Team coaching and management
· Detailed project forecasting at product level
· Territory channel management and development
· Project tracking and acquisition
· Execute pricing strategy
· Project A/R management
· Other related work assigned by his/her manager and the company from time to time
Qualifications
·8-10 years of work experience, among which with 3 -5 years in building materials or construction industries
·Solid distributor management skills
·Demonstrated team management capability
·Willing to travel frequently
·Strong influencing ability to coordinate and align cross-functions to get the job done through others
· College diploma or above, with a major in science or engineering related fields
· Energetic, results-oriented, self-motivated and capable to work independently
· Good English proficiency and good computer skills
