Regional Sales Manager
Responsibility:
l Provide overall leadership & management to the specific region, ABP
l Ensure the achievement of annual revenue & profit plan for the specific region. In coordination with the Superiors, develop effective business strategies that will grow the revenues, profitability & achieve the business objectives.
l Identify, develop & maintain a strong management team to achieve business strategies. Evaluate the team on a regular basis.
l Ensure that all sales personnel understand their roles & administrative resources and functions to support sales objectives for ABP business unit.
l Identify & evaluate competition & growth opportunities, including opportunities for new products development, product enhancements & new markets while protecting & expanding the ABP products in the marketplace.
l Establish on-going working relationships with various quarters/parties/professional bodies like architectural & construction organizations.
l Oversee the development of marketing strategy with ABP business management & personnel, includes new product development.
l Develop, along with the management team, a business strategy for dynamic profitable successful growth Submit required reporting to ABP management.
Requirements:
l Knowledge of business processes & quality systems
l Ability to manage & work with diverse people and customers
l Ability to motivate, coach & mentor sales personnel
l Ability to transfer knowledge to sales personnel (training skills)
l Ability to work within an organizational structure with solid & dotted line reporting to multiple individuals with different management styles and expectations; that is, the ability to manage & take direction from more than one person.
l Visionary leader with ability to create a ‘no-stop’ learning culture while empowering sales personnel to develop & deliver desired results

l Analyze market, market segments, territories, products & services, competition, dealers, accounts & trends.
l Set objectives based on potential not history
l Plan strategies /action plans for each territory & assist members/teams with specific strategies/action plans for important dealers/accounts
l Ensure that accurate & comprehensive records/data are kept
l Analyze records/ data periodically & set new objectives based on analysis

职位目标:
? 了解市场需求,按公司要求推广系列产品
? 开发跟进工程项目,按要求达到规定成功率
? 开发和维护设计师、业主、装饰公司、市政/公用设施项目经销商等客户关系
? 增加销售额,提高市场占有率
? 开发和维护经销商网络,管理经销商的合理需求
工作职责:
? 引导、满足客户需求,通过为客户带来良好价值促进公司生意发展
? 负责公司在工程客户及渠道客户的开发和维护
? 指导和管理经销商日常业务活动,协调解决该过程中出现的相关问题
? 通过设计指定、业主指定等方式促进公司产品在大型地标性建筑中应用
? 积极参与公司各项业务活动,具有团队合作精神,及时反馈市场信息并提出合理建议
? 为客户提供优质服务,为公司树立良好的信誉和品牌形象
衡量指标:
? 完成公司规定的个人销售指标及团队销售指标
? 开发和跟进规定数量工程项目
? 按时完成、更新项目跟进系统(PTS)
? 销售系列产品达到公司的组合要求
? 完成公司的各项考核标准
? 遵守职业道德和公司的各项制度
组织关系:
? 汇报给大区域销售经理。
主要客户以及供应商:
经销商,承包商,设计师,业主,监理等
基本要求:
? 有能力管理经销商的销售团队,及较强的项目跟踪能力
? 积极、热情、性格开朗,有较强的学习能力及良好的自律性
? 良好的分析、解决问题的能力,能承受较强的工作压力
