职位描述
Report to:North Asia Manager
Subordinates:
To promote, expand and grow our Sales in North & NE China
Responsibilities:
? Develops a sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company
Sales growth and profitability.
? Responsible for development of distributor sales channels and/or direct sales to large national and multi-national customers and EPC/Institutions.
? Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
? Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans, as needed.
? Provides timely feedback to senior management for strategic decision making.
? Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on quotes/bidding documents submitted for
pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
? Maintains accurate records of all quotes, pricings, sales, and activity reports.
? Creates and conducts sales presentations and proposals.
? Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics.
Requirements:
o Min 5 years of experience in sales of electrical equipment from these industries:
? Oil, Gas & Chemical refinery, on-shore/off-shore and power generation.
? Preferably with explosion proof products experiences.
? Strong relationship with national and multi-national companies; preference.
o Good knowledge of the market and competition in said market and products.
o Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
o Excellent communication skills and team work
o Willingness to travel.
o Written & spoken English - is an advantage but not essential.
Education background:
o Min graduate degree in electrical and/or instrumentation engineering.
