JOB OBJECTIVES:
Primary objective is providing technical expertise in both processes and products and solve customer's technical problems and consultation on troubleshooting problems.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Support Area Sales Representative / Executive and customers by providing technical expertise in both processes and products and solve customer's technical problems and provide solutions including testing and suitability and consultation on troubleshooting problems.
2. Introduce, demonstrate and promote all current and new products.
3. Conduct product and system training programs (On-Site Supports).
4. Conduct technical services training to Co-Hire Employees (Technical Service).
5. Conduct regular coaching, and counselling to build motivation and monitoring to Co-Hire Employees (Technical Service) performance.
6. Evaluate competitive situations and recommend appropriate tactics.
7. Submit monthly report and current competitive activity.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. High School or equivalent
2. 5 years’ experience in chemical trading, preferably in coatings products.
3. The ability to build relationships with clients quickly, a solid technical skill & analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong written communication skills, good computer literacy, exceptional presentation abilities.
