Responsible for plant project coordination, execution which involve project scoping, estimating, detail engineering, procurement, construction progress, commissioning and startup (validation). Ensure the project strict compliance to EHS, PQS and local RA requirements.
Responsible for site capital budget control;
Responsible for supporting of utilities and process maintenance



Education / Experience
1. Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 10 Years of relevant working experience in food / petrochemical / pharmaceutical / wafer / semiconductor plant or facility.
2. Over 5 years management in engineering operation/Maintenance and project management

Special Knowledge
1. Project handling experience with mechanical and electrical design knowledge in compliant with statutory requirements and code of practices.
2. cGMP, ISO9000/14000/18000, HACCP experience are preferable
3. Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Project

Skill
1. Good written and oral English
2. Can work under the pressure
3. Good communication and coordination skill
4. Strong leadship
