Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


1. Support plant operations to provide recruitment service for all levels (include operators, technicians, professionals); support other recruitment by initial screening and interview scheduling.提供工厂人员（包括操作员、技术员及办公室专业人员）的招聘服务及其他岗位的筛选和面试安排等以支持工厂运作。
2. Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation in the plant .协调并实施新员工入职培训.
3. Take the role as owner of plant On-boarding process to ensure new employees integration.负责员工报到手续及流程，并确保员工的融入度。
4. Responsible for employee relations affairs management, such as labor contract / social insurance. Personnel file. exit process etc.负责员工关系管理，如劳动合同，社会保险，个人档案，离职流程。
5. Responsible for related HR monthly report generation负责制作相关的人事月报
6. Support and assist with local implementation of Baxter-wid HR programs/policies支持并协助百特HR项目及政策执行。
7. Employee Communication员工沟通。
8. Act as business partner to support business & people managers by providing HR recommendation & solution.作为商业伙伴向职能部门经理提供系统的人力资源管理建议和解决方案。

Qualifications:


1. Basic knowledge about HR management including recruitment and training. Professional interview skills,
具备招聘、培训等人力资源管理的基本知识.具有专业的面试技能。
2. Good presentation and communication skills in writing and speaking具备良好的说、写表达及沟通能力
3. Good interpersonal skills良好的人际交往能力
4. Good English in reading and writing.良好的英语说写能力

Education and/or Experience:


1. 5 years of recruitment & training, employee relations and/or related human resources business experience.5年以上招聘与培训、员工关系及相关人力资源工作经验
2. Bachelors in HR or Business preferred.人力资源或工商管理学士学位优先
