POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
? Identify Business & Customer Need, Serve As A HR Business Partner To Support The HR Needs Of Operations.
? Counsels Managers, Supervisors And Employees On HR Programs And Provides Guidance/Interpretation On Relevant Policies, Procedures And Regulations
? Advises And Consults With Employee And Management On Employee Relation Matters Including: Discipline Process, Grievance Procedure, Managing Employee’s Performance Problem And Etc.
? Manage Headcount Requisition Submitting Process And Fulfill Hiring Target Base On The Headcount Requirement
? Deliver Employee Communication Activities Base On Annual Communication Plan, Coordinate Employee Welfare Activities
? Conduct Training Needs Analysis And Organize Relative Training & Development Activities
? Manage Plant Admin Fairs And Continuously Improve Service Quality
? Coordinate In Safety Management, Ensure The Compliance With National And Corp’s Safety Rules And Regulations
? Other Job Assigned By Manager
Describe Desired Background/Experience
? Bachelor’s Degree With 6~8 Years Work Experience In Human Resources Management In MNC
? Good Knowledge of Labor Laws And Other Regulations & Policies Pertaining To HR.
? Excellent Verbal, Written And Interpersonal Communication Skills. Ability To Communicate With Employees At All Levels.
? With A Sense Of Perspective And Good At Analysis, Planning, Counseling And Organizing
? With Strong Ability Of Pressure Bearing And Prioritizing Upon Multi-Task
? Good Oral And Written Communication Both In Chinese And English
