Job Responsibility:
1.Based on the group and company long/medium term strategy to regularly update the plant quality goal and policy if appropriate.
2.Be responsible for raw material quality assurance and cooperate with relevant teams to setup standardized procedures and agreement, such as component quality criteria/acceptable level and complaint handle process.
3.Be responsible for the effective implementation of product realization process control, setup the quality control plan for product family to monitor critical elements such as: employee qualification, process parameter, jig &equipment maintenance and so on, to ensure that findings are timely closed and the process are under effective control.
4.Be responsible for effective execution of functional inspection of semi- finished/finished products, coordinate with related colleagues to maintain the QC sheet and high FQC finding timely closing rate.
5.Be responsible for the annual customer satisfaction survey and the treatment process of customer complaint with related colleagues. to setup customer CAR database and follow up to ensure corrective and preventive actions are seriously conducted .
6.Participate the new product introduction (Industrialization) process, cooperate with other functional team to identify improvement opportunity and take corresponding measures where appropriate.
7.Be responsible for effective operation of plant quality management system, hold regular internal audits, management review and annual third party audit including DKL specific internal QA audit, and update existing quality management system procedures if appropriate and offer related procedure training to concerned staff.
8.Be responsible for the staff management of quality department, recruit right people on line with company culture, regularly review job description based on the job analysis and employ specific tools : ADI, API, MM to unite and prompt quality team performance, meanwhile to develop team members.
9.Be responsible the document controlling effective implementation throughout plant, to ensure all documents are validated prior to issue, and be available at points of use. Take necessary measures to prevent unintended use of obsolete documents and all documents and records are kept in proper way.
10.Be responsible for the quality related data collection and database establishment, cooperate with related function team to conduct continuous improvement based on concrete data and fact, facilitate the professional quality management tool application in plant daily operation.
11.Be responsible for the HRP effective management with the collaborations of other functional teams in the factory.
