职位描述
Major work contents:
1、Analysis and improvement product quality problem分析改善产品质量问题
-Leading the root cause analysis in case of quality problem during production,
对生产过程中出现质量问题时组织进行根本原因分析,
-Coordinating with the responsible employees for quality problem solving (root cause elimination),
协调相关负责人解决质量问题(消除根本原因),
-Validation of the corrective and preventive actions which taken by the responsible employee,
对相关负责人采取的纠正和预防措施进行确认,
-Cooperation with production team to monitoring on the scrap and rework rate,
与生产部合作监控废品率和返工率
2、ISOTS16949 Quality Management System, audit management/质量管理体系、审核管理
-Establish and maintain Quality Management System,
建立并保持质量管理体系,
-Planning and conducting internal quality audits (system, manufacturing process and “D” part, product, process readiness),
策划并实施内部质量审核(体系,制造过程和“D”零件,产品,过程就绪),
-Coordinate with external audits (customer, 3rd party, corporate audit),
协调外部审核(顾客,第3方,公司审核),
-Quality tools and concepts introduction, and training , 质量工具和概念的引入、培训
3、 Monitoring of quality performance of Raw material 原材料质量绩效的监控
-Setup incoming inspection control plan for Raw Material
制定原材料来料检验计划和标准,
-Conducting incoming inspection according to predefined control plan, release or reject raw material according to the test result,
根据来料检验控制计划实施来料检验,根据检验结果放行或者拒收原材料,
-Initiate counteractions (special release, sorting, reworking) in case of NOK test result and if it’s necessary,
当来料检验结果不合格并有必要时启动应对措施(特殊放行,筛选,返工),
-Communicating with supplier and validating of corrective and preventive actions from supplier,
与供应商沟通并确认供应商采取的纠正和预防措施,
-Supplier process audit when it’s required (customer, quality problem),
当有需求时(顾客,质量问题)进行供应商过程评审。
4. Customer complaint management/顾客抱怨管理
-Analysis of customer returned products ,(including warranty),
顾客退货的分析(售后索赔),
-Initiate short-term actions if necessary to securing the customer,
如有必要启动短期措施以确保顾客的安全,
-Coordinating and validating the corrective and preventive actions in case of customer complaint,
协调和确认针对顾客抱怨所采取的纠正和预防措施,
Requirment
1.Education: Bachelor degree or above
2. At least 5 years work experience in quality manager position .
3.good communication , cooperation and strong negotiate skills .
4. Language: Good command in English
