Responsible for

1. Develop and improve the laboratory’s rule and be in charge of lab’s management for inspection and other routine jobs.

2. Cross-function communication to assign the lab’s workload to meet the objectives

3. Supervise the lab’s person and evaluate regularly

4. Manage the lab’s related instruments and status including annual MSA plan, regular gage calibration and gage stocking.

5. Responsible for calibration and maintenance for CMM/Roundness tester etc

6. Other task as required by quality manager.

Qualification

Above 2 years related experience of management in Laboratory

Familiar with the instrument of precision inspection in the lab

Have machining and auto background.

Better (not necessary) to know the gage design , control and calibration

Good executive force by assigned objectives

Good communication skill and English speaking as a plus.
