? This role requires a strong focus on leadership. On balance the substantial work of your role is to lead and provide sound team leadership to your Business functional areas to achieve superior business performance.
? You are required to manage and control not only the outcomes such as EBIT cash flow, ROIC, but also the leading KPIs such as safety, sales, key costs, market leadership, customer service and people development.
