Job Description:
Administrative support:
PrPovide efficient and effective translation on all documents, e-mail, presentations, etc. both in oral and written command when necessary
MMMaintain & update calendar and filing system, arrange all domestic & oversea travel logistics, internal & external liaison and correspondence
Coordinate, organize and plan business conference
Organize and maintain communication documents; take meeting minutes when necessary
Complete other administrative duties assigned by manager
Commercial Operations Support:
Provide efficient and effective supports to the BUT for marketing programs, industry and customer meeting arrangements, on-site coordination (as needed) and any other customer related activities (as requested)
Provide diligent contract control to make sure all pertinent contract information are current and accurate, aligned with company policies, approved by sales and finance management and filed in an orderly manner.
Provide timely sales order support to make sure sales order information is aligned with current customer contracts and communicate effectively with matrix team (office and field team) to ensure sales order cycle completion.
Generate and distribute weekly sales reporting and any customers reporting as requested
Manage pricing master data information in SAP and provide back-up support for customer service representative.
Create, maintain and update customer and distributor’s data base
Complete any other duties assigned by manger in order to support commercial team
Office Facility Support:
Provide efficient and effective office service to team members
Manage indirect vendors to provide high value and quality products and services for the office facility in a cost-effective manner
Manage all indirect vendor purchasing in SAP
Manage the office facilities and coordinate with relevant parties when necessary
Requirements
Bachelor degree,English, Admin Management or Law major
High proficiency of English ability, writing and speaking
At least 2 years of relevant experience in MNC, Medical device industry background preferred
Strong planning skill, good coordination skill and good sense of responsibility
Independent and self-motivated
Highly organized person who can work under pressure
Good computer skills
