职位描述
Position Purpose and Nature (answer the question why this job exists):
Compile and lead an operational unit which provides hard and soft services for all life science accounts in the greater Shanghai area. Active support of the life sciences accounts for offers, transition, commissioning and troubleshooting.
Major Responsibilities:
Operations Management
1. Periodic review of the profit targets and financial performance of the local Region Life Science Accounts.
2. Manage all Life Science Account operating performance issues.
3. Collaborate with the Life Science Account Leaders to deliver the required results and customer service levels.
4. Assist HR and MU Life Science with resource planning and the transfer of people across Life Science Accounts.
Operational Excellence
1. Center of Excellence activities: including resourcing and management of the local CoE capabilities, to be applied to both new solutions opportunities and existing accounts to achieve specific CoE targets.
2. Define, develop and implement CoE best practices and initiatives across all Region Life Science accounts.
3. Responsible for quality standards and accreditations (dependant on Regional and Life Science / GMP requirements).
4. Responsible for the achievement of performance improvement objectives for all Life Science Accounts. This will include full responsibility for all profit targets and the financial performance of the regional Life Science clients which will have accountability to the respective Life Science Account Leader.
Account Management (local small account):
1. Understanding the contract terms and conditions and customer expectations at a detailed level and
taking ownership for outcomes.
2. Establishing process performance metrics; tracking, analyzing, and reporting performance in terms
of quality, safety, cost, and customer satisfaction. Taking corrective actions to bring about required
change.
3. Serving as a role model, mentor, and valued resource for the client and Johnson Controls.
Transition
1. Oversee the planning, resourcing, managing and handing-off all new Life Science account transitions from initial mobilisation through to final transition confirmed by written acceptance from the account operations team.
2. Supervise the implementation of consistent standards associated with the transition processes and disciplines for new business in the organization.
3. Implement effective continuous improvement initiatives to enhance and improve the Transition procedures and processes. Achieve 100% on time, complete, and on budget transition hand-offs to account operations.
Business development activities support:
1. Actively be involved in and support the new business development opportunities of existing client and new client.
2. Closely work with BD team in preparing proposals and quotations.
Requirement:
1. At least 10 years of operations experience in a Life Science envrionment
2. Experience or demonstrated ability in building relationships with clients and internal customers.
3. Experience overseeing business operations spread over multiple sites
4. Ability to demonstrate and apply a high level of collaboration and team leadership skills.
5. High level of personal credibility, customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
6. Financial acumen and proven experience of achieve profit targets.
7. Ability to define and implement effective processes and procedures for the business needs.
8. Proven experience of implementing effective change management processes.
9. High level of customer focus and commercial awareness.
10. Strong presentation skills.
11. Strong problem solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced and pressurized environment.
12. Bilingual skills: Chinese and English preferred
13. Good communication and understanding skills, as well as business negotiation skills.
14. Excellent logical thinking and analytical skills
15. At Least Bachelor education background in M & E/Finance/ Business or equivalent.
