Main responsibilities:

As our Local MPS manager you will be responsible for daily operation and development of the Repair, Parts & Service sales and order execution in Shanghai. Implementation of business action plans according to the Market Unit strategies and improve marketing activities are important focus areas.

You will be part of the local management team and report to the Parts & Service Manager for Alfa Laval, China, with a dotted reference in daily leadership to the Global Market unit Managers within Parts and Service, Systems.



Key tasks:

· Responsible for running and developing day-to-day operation within sales and order execution.

· Responsible for setting and meeting the financial targets.

· Implementation of market and business enhancement development initiatives.

· Involvement in the development and implementation of local strategies and transforming global strategy into action plans.

· Secure that orders are profitably obtained and executed and that market shares are gained within Parts & Service and related segments.



Your competences

We are looking for an experienced manager, who can build strong relations with our customers and the department team. We expect you to have a technical background as Marine Engineer or higher. This must be supported by commercial experience and thorough knowledge of leadership, sales and strategy development. Experience from a similar position is preferred. Good communication skills in English, spoken and written, are essential, along with a good understanding of Microsoft Office products.
