ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
Global retailer specialized in selling brand products, made with materials provided by various components.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Nanjing, China
Reporting to:
Line Manager
Travelling:
50% will travel to manufacturing site in Nanjing
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Supplier Quality Assurance (Quality/Social/Environment/Laboratory)
+ Product Quality Assurance (including Toxicology and GTD)
+ Continuous improvement on quality and product
+ To ensure the implementation lead time of new products.
+ To ensure the industrialization process
+ To ensure the quality and the manufacturing cost of the products
Requirements:
+ Obtained Bachelor degree or above
+ Over 5 years in the tent manufacturing industry with good knowledge and ability to get involved in the process optimization
+ Acknowledged quality management skill is preferred
+ Approved figures analysis competency, familiar with Excel
+ Should be a responsible team player
+ Chinese Mandarin as mother tongue
+ Proficiency in English, French language skill will be a plus
+ Accept frequent business trip in China
