职位描述

江苏外企人力资源服务有限公司受镇江某大型制造型外企委托招聘:
staffing manager 招聘经理

工作地点:镇江新区,住南京的候选人可乘坐镇江往返南京的通勤班车,外地候选人可考虑是否愿意异地去镇江工作.

Core Accountabilities
· Staffing
1. Setting up and implementing recruitment strategy and plan.
2. Help to prepare and submit kinds of manpower analysis report (turnover, vacancy, headcount, recruitment tracking) in a monthly basis.
3. Work closely with line managers to implement and evaluate the recruiting process to increase the recruitment efficiency and to decrease the recruitment costs; Track, analysis and report recruitment/staffing reports, including hiring report, position forecast report, recruiting cost tracking, channel effective analysis ect, to closely monitor the recruitments in the company.
4. Support HR Director on other staffing management process and activities.
5. Well manage the searching firms so that they provide qualified candidates according to the company requirements.
6. Conduct yearly performance review of searching firms in terms of effectiveness and efficiency, provide objective feedback to HR Director for decision making and contract renewal.
7. Be aware of the industry trend in terms of recruitment and update HR Director when necessary to adjust staffing policy, strategies.
8. Make sure hiring plan complete within cost plan.

· ER
1. Recommend and implement employee relationship programs, policies and practices to ensure and maintain our ability to attract, motivate and retain a competent workforce in the company.
2. Distribution of labor contract.
3. Administration of employee termination.
4. To follow ER procedures of employees, make sure the process is done according to company policies and Chinese law, and to deal with Labor disputes and ER issues (reward / punish / employee of year etc.);
5. To organize and coordinate the event to improve employee engagement, including employee communication & activities, employee satisfaction survey etc.;

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources will be a plus.
2. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in MNCs focusing on recruitment and staffing.
3. Hands-on managerial experiences.
4. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
