职位描述
Role purpose
- Ensure that Arval can operate within the region by getting all approvals form local governments when setting up local branches and when registering vehicles.
- Provide good understanding and visibility of the local car market to the Sales Director and Operations Director.
- Manage and follow up locally all requests or issues coming from all department of the Beijing HQ.
- Build up and maintain good suppliers, customers and users relationships within the area.
Main responsibilities
- Build up and follow up in the area a network of new car dealers that could bring new client’s opportunities. Through good relationship with dealer, gather regular information on maintenance prices and discount policy and share it with technical risk and sales team.
- Build up and follow up in the area a network of used car dealer and gather information on local use car market concerning pricing, regulation and model specs. Share all the gathered information with technical risk on a quarterly basis.
- Build up and follow up in the area a network for other service providers such as tyres or short term car rentals.
- Deal with local administration (SAIC and MOFCOM) for the opening and the maintenance of Arval Branch in the city in order to ensure compliance with local authorities. Visit regularly the government department to obtain relevant regulations changes or update.
- Identify new business opportunities for Arval through new car dealers and though local government for SOE and administrations.
- Update regularly market information concerning local competitors, practices and pricing. Better understand the dynamics of the car leasing business within the region.
- Deal with local administration for car registration when relevant and if necessary
- Assist Sales team for client/prospect visit, when dealing with client’s local specific requirements, issues or emergency and for collecting necessary clients’ documents.
- Assist the Credit Risk manager for litigation and collection process.
- Provide weekly activity reporting to Sales and Operation Directors.
- Promote locally the image & values of Arval to internal and external parties.
Reporting Line
The Branch Business Representative will report to the Operation Director.
Skills
- Business or Technical graduate.
- Great sense of autonomy and rigorous
- Well organized and committed
- Generalist profile able to integrate sales, operations and legal issues
- Comfortable dealing with local administration and government (SAIC and Local Traffic Bureau)
- Good knowledge of local automotive market (car manufacturer and after sales)
- Ability to work as part of a team and share information and expertise with all department
- Good level of English is a plus.
