主要职责/Major Responsibilities:
-缸盖/缸体/曲轴/凸轴/连杆的机加工艺工程师
Machining process engineer of Cyl. Head/ Cyl. Block/ Crank shaft/ Cam shaft/ Connecting rod in our plant.
-分析新的产品要求和项目假设,进行可行性研究Conduct feasibility study by analyzing new product requirements and program assumptions..
-缸盖/缸体/曲轴/凸轴/连杆的机加工艺工程师
Machining process engineer of Cyl. Head/ Cyl. Block/ Crank shaft/ Cam shaft/ Connecting rod in our plant.
-分析新的产品要求和项目假设,进行可行性研究Conduct feasibility study by analyzing new product requirements and program assumptions..
-帮助整理招标文件所需的规格书,了解招标流程Help consolidate specifications for bidding package and understand bidding process.
-参与新设备或改装设备的设计和组建Involved in design and building phase of new and rework equipment.
1. 机加车间时间节点控制
Up time control in machining shop.
2. 机加领域工程变更及工序变更的控制管理
Engineering change and process change control in machining shop.
3. 负责领域的安全管理
Safety control in the section.
4. 主要工作principle duties
1) 分析加工效率,研究工程变更及工序变更的相应措施
analyze operation efficiency. in addition to above , investigate what countermeasure is needed for engineering change or process change.
2) 协助制造部门对相关问题制定对策草案
Make countermeasure drafts for concerns above in corporation with production engineering dept.
3) 协同其他工程师及单元负责人实施对策
Coordinate other engineers and unit leaders to take countermeasures.
- 提出维护需求
Create maintenance request.
- 必要时提出工序变更及设计变更的要求
Create design change and process change requests if needed.
- 协同工程师及单元负责人制定设备检查表及维护进度表
Revice machine inspection sheets and maintenance schedule coordinating other engineers and unit leaders.
4) 对措施结果进行跟踪确认并根据结果采取下一步措施
Confirm results for countermeasures and take actions.
5) 改善以达到更高的制造效率,从而降低生产成本
Kaizen for high effiency production , achieve the cost target.
6) 协助经理对负责区域内的安全进行管理 Safety management in the section assisting manager.
任职要求/ Qualifications:

4. 主要工作principle duties

At the end of 2011, the company's products will add Sigma new series of engines. Until then, the company is equipped with an overall manufacturing capacity of 430 thousand vehicle engines a year. Advanced technologies such as light cylinder block and cylinder head made of aluminum alloy, plastic-injection intake manifold, VCT mechanism (Variable Cam Timing), VIS mechanism (Variable Intake System), TSCV mechanism (Tumble Swirl Control Valve), MFI mechanism (Multi-port Fuel Injection), and balance shaft mechanism etc. are adopted for the products.
