Baden-Wuerttemberg International (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. is currently looking for an Engineering- and Sales Manager with the possibility of a long-term cooperation within our company pool. Responsilibilies:

· On site customer contact: cultivation of contacts, market observation,

· be the first local contact person for sales/engineering and quality issues

· Acquisition of new clients (also outside the automotive industry)

· Market analyses, marketing, trade fair participation and – organization

· Support in purchasing and logistic topics and global business development in China

Required skills and qualifications:

· Technical background – such as a degree or vocational education in engineering

· Experience in selling technical products which require introduction/explanation

· Sufficient computer skills (MS Office Suite)

· Basic knowledge of plastic, metal processing and electromechanical engineering

· Good technical learning ability

· Flexibility

· Long-term orientation

· Confident personal skills in dealing with customers

· Ability to work independently

· Economic orientation

· Well organized

· Willingness to travel

· Pro-active working style

Foreign language ability:

· Excellent written and spoken English
