Job description:

- Complying with related procedure or regulation to implement all drawings & CRs checking, coordination and distribution, as well as related database maintenance.

- Assist for all K3 system information (Part Number, BoM etc.) input and maintenance to set up.

- Responsible for administration work (working attendance, daily commodity request and management etc.) for all of ENG, PJM and ETS depts..

Requirement:

- College degree or above in mechanical or electronical major, with at least 1 year working experience in mechanical or electronical industry area.

- Good skill in Office using.

- Have good English reading and writing ability, and with basic English in oral.

- Should feel comfortable working through detailed, positive and earnest processes, cheerful disposition and good at communication & coordination.

岗位描述：

- 严格遵从公司相关流程或规范，完成图纸及工程变更的核查和发放，以及相应数据库资料的维护；

- 协助物料编号，产品清单等相关K3系统信息资料的创建维护工作；

- 研发部的日常行政维护工作（如考勤，日用品申请及管理等）。

岗位要求：

- 大学专科以上学历，机械或电专业，一年以机械或电子工业领域工作经验；

- 能熟练地运用Office办公软件；

- 英文读写良好，并具备基本的口语交流能力；

- 性格开朗，工作积极严谨，认真负责，具有良好的沟通协调能力。
