List Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities

- Responsible for Intimates and Sportswear category and vendor management for the

company.

- To setup supplier base, select and optimize the best service suppliers at best purchasing

conditions. Implement supplier performance management in term of quality, delivery,

cost, service, innovation. Develop and continuously improve the supply base.

- To make contract review/negotiate with existing/new suppliers and obtain best terms

(quality, price, quantity, delivery) to meet current and future requirement.

- Be able to understand the suppliers' cost model and breakdown for cost saving.

- Develop and qualify the China/Asia supply base and promote those suppliers to the global

team.

- Work closely with Procurement Business Manager develop a worldwide strategy and

implement it.

- Working with product designer and handle seasonal development,

- Familiar with manufacturing processes and products technical know-how,


Experience/Skills/Education Requirements

I. Years of experience:

- At least 5 years of experience in sourcing, managing categories,

- Fluent oral and written English,

- Business travel is required,

- Strong knowledge of Intimate and Sportswear,


II. Preferred experience:

- Strong problem solving skills and organization skills,

- Working knowledge of assigned spend area and related supply base,


III. Preferred skills/competenceies

Education/Degrees - Bachelor or above in textile area
