·销售团队管理
通过管理由24-39人组成的电话销售团队,完成新卡和续卡销售目标。
·招聘
负责项目的所有招聘和候选人筛选工作。在一些情况下,这个职责包括给负责招聘和培训工作的培训经理提供指导和帮助。
·培训和员工发展

Allegiance Business Consulting Co., Ltd. is an Accor owned company that specializes in the running and maintaining of Accor’s own hotel loyalty program Accor Advantage Plus, an exclusive membership which entitles members to benefits when staying and dining in Accor hotels.
With a growing number of Sales Offices (Programs), currently 36 in the Asia Pacific region including 16 Programs in China, Allegiance is looking to recruit experienced and talented Training and Program Managers to become the future leaders of existing and new Programs in China.
Job Description
·Sale Team Management
Achieve New and Renewal Sales objectives through the management of an outbound telemarketing Sales Team of 24 to 39 persons.
·Recruitment
Responsible for all recruitment and candidate selection activities conducted for a Program. In some instances this will involve offering direction and assistance to a Training Manager assigned to recruitment and training projects.
·Training and Staff Development
Provide hands on ongoing training and development for members of the Sales Team to improve skills, knowledge and sale performances with the goal of preparing them for promotion to senior sales roles and management positions.
·Business Administration
Manage a team of Administrators and Support Staff to deliver effective sales support and administration. Through this team a Program Manager is also responsible for all HR, cashiering and legal functions managed at the Program level.
Only candidates with Outbound Call Centre Management experience will be considered for immediate placement.
Successful candidates with management experience from other industries may be placed as a Program Manager after spending 3 to 6 months in the transitional position of Management Trainee, in which they will be rotated through different departments and are trained on all the skills and knowledge required to be successful in a management role in our industry.
Requirements (All Candidates)
·College or university degree
·High level of emotional intelligence and aptitude for sales
·People orientated and excellent communication skills
·Evidence of persistence, goal orientation and problem solving ability in previous work experience
·Evidence of an ability to work unsupervised and act responsibly
Additional Requirements (For immediate Placement as a Program Manager)
·A minimum of 3 years working experience in a sales or management position within the outbound call centre industry
·A minimum of 1 years working experience in a people management role.
·Preference will be given to candidates who are able to relocate if necessary to major cities in China
Additional Requirements (For initial placement as a Management Trainee)
·A minimum of 5 years working experience including 2 years in a people management role
·Able to relocate if necessary to major cities in China
