参与模具相关技术规范的制订
Take part in die specification's preparation
参与公司新品开发的冲压模具图纸资料的工艺性审查
Take part in process review to stamping drawing & documents during new product development
负责试模工作的组织、计划和推进
To organise, plan and improve the die tryout
参与冲压模具设计方案的审查和冲压模具设计制造中的技术协调
Take part in stamping die designing review and technical coordination during stamping die designing and manufacturing
负责冲压工艺的编制和更新，督促和检查各自然工作组对冲压工艺的执行情况
Responsible for compiling and revising stamping process sheet, supervise and inspect all natural working group’s implement to stamping process
针对部门内或后工序反映的确定的质量问题进行对策措施，并实施和验证，以满足生产要求
To resolve the decided quality problems, put up measure and improve it to satisfy the productivity
对生产过程中出现的模具相关问题进行分析研究，及时制定修理方案，提出修理卡，并对模具修理人员的修理进度和质量进行检查确认
To analyze the die trouble in time when production, and make the repair card to die maintenance member, and then follow the progress and quality
负责在保证正常生产任务的基础上，对模具进行全面的改善，努力提高模具品质，以支持SPH和FTT的持续提高
To responsible for the die quality improvement to support the SPH and FTT continuance improvement
负责模具的日常和定期点检工作的推进和检查
Responsible for die maintenance (daily and termly check)
负责冲压新工艺的研究、开发及推广工作
Responsible for new stamping process study, development and promotion
支持车间各自然工作组的工作
Support all natural working group in workshop
按时完成车间安排的其他临时工作
To do the temporary task from stamping area on schedule

任职条件：Qualification
工程类本科以上学历
Engineering Bachelor Degree and above
良好的沟通能力
Excellent communication skills
好的敬业精神，团队协作能力强；
Good professionalism, strong team spirit;
良好的英文能力，通过英语四级
Fluent English skills is required，pass CET-4 is must
熟练掌握办公系统软件
Proficient MS Office skills
在汽车冲压生产工艺方面有较好的专业知识和实践经验；
Good professional knowledge and practical experience in automobile stamping;
熟悉冲压模具的结构和原理以及冲压设备方面的专业知识和实践经验
Certain professional knowledge and practical experience in stamping die and equipment;

Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Corporation Ltd. Nanjing Company (CFMANJ), established in February 2005, is a three-party joint venture with prestigious Chinese and overseas automotive bands namely Changan, Ford and Mazda. The company locates in Nanjing Jiangning Economical & Technological Zone with a construction area of 190,000 square meters. The assembly plant will have an initial annual capacity of 160,000 vehicles, which will be fully integrated to support 4 manufacturing processes of Ford and Mazda products: stamping, body assembly, paint and final assembly.
