职位描述Job Description

-制造经理的领导下，负责车间生产现场任务的完成、所管辖生产区域人员的管理及车间协调员的担当

Under the guidance of Mfg Manager, take charge of the production task fulfillment, personnel management for responsible area, and take the role of workshop coordinator.

主要职责Major Responsibility:

-协助制造经理与相关区域、相关部门联络，协调安排生产任务。

Assist Mfg Manager the connection with related area/department, and the arrangement of production task.

-协助制造经理分解车间生产计划到各生产区组，执行并完成。

Assist Mfg Manager to break down the production plan to all Groups/Teams, conduct and fulfill it.

-做好生产的各项交接事宜，确保二班的稳定、连续生产

Well done the production hand over issues to insure the 2 shift production stable and continuous.

-对生产区组的生产进行指挥调度，解决现场问题。

Command and redeploy the production of Groups/Teams and solve the production problems.

-协助制造经理对生产区组进行现场管理，负责现场的5S活动。

Assist Mfg Manager to conduct Groups/Teams production site management, take charge of site 5S activity.

-协助安全工程师作好现场安全工作，负责现场安全制度的贯彻执行和监督。

Assist the EHS engineer to well done site safety issue, take charge of the implementation and supervising for the site safety rules.

-协助质量工程师做好现场质量工作，负责解决现场操作质量问题。

Assist the Quality Engineer to well done the production quality work, take charge of the settlement of production operation quality issue.

-协助工艺工程师做好现场工艺工作，负责现场工艺纪律贯彻和执行

Assist the Process engineer to well done the production process work, take charge of the carry out and implementation of production process rules.

-协助设备工程师做好生产区域设备的点检和维护工作。

Assist the Facility engineer to well done the equipment point check and maintenance work.

-负责生产现场人员的具体管理和培训工作.

Take charge of the operator management and training on production site.

-负责车间生产体系中自然工作组和工位过程控制协调员的工作。

Take the role of coordinator of CSPS and ISPC.

-负责各区组发表及自然工作组有效性检查工作

Take charge of NWG presentation and conduct NWG effective check.

-负责各区组具体的考核工作。

Take charge of performance appraisal of Groups/Teams.

-接受临时性任务安排

Any other temporary assignment.

任职条件 Qualifications:

-本科或以上学历。

BA degree or above.

-总装现场5年以上生产经验，3年以上区域或班组管理经验；

More than 5 yeas experience in stamping workshop, more than 3 years experience of Group/Team management.

-在汽车总装生产管理方面有较好的专业知识和实践经验。

Relevant professional and practical knowledge and experience in auto stamping production.

-良好的敬业精神、团队协作能力和沟通能力。

Good professional, teamwork ability and communication skill

-掌握计算机运用技术。

Good skills in PC application.

-具有良好处理突发问题的生产调动能力

Good capability both in dealing with outburst issue and production redeployment.

-具备日常英语（或日语）读写、交流能力。

Competence of daily English/Japanese communication in reading and writing.

Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Corporation Ltd.
