Position Title: HR Manager
Division: CORP
Location: Nanjing
Position Specifics
Job Objective: HR interface for China supporting functions associates and leaders, managing associate life cycle including hiring, performance management, training and development, salary planning, as well as management coaching to line managers.
Accountabilities:
? Translates global HR policies and procedures into local policies and procedures;
? Works closely with the Regional COE teams to develop, maintain and improve local policies and procedures in line with corporate guidelines.
? Handles local staffing movement (hiring, transferring, separating, etc.)
? Assist to organize the training & development programs, and ensure the programs are fulfilled with support from Learning& Development team
? Managing salary planning process locally
? Facilitates and support the managers on the procedures for annual performance management program
? Help with succession planning by working closely with businesses/functional leaders and HR business partners.
Knowledge / Education /Skills / Qualifications:
? University degree, major in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Business Administration
? Minimum of 5-year experience in a similar position or 8-year working experience in an industrial and international environment
? Solid communication capabilities, both oral and written;
? Good command of English (oral and writing)
? At least 5 years working experience in general HR functions in MNC
