Major Responsibilities: 工作职责
全面负责南京及研发中心的培训与发展。
? Lead REC L&D team to implement leadership & professional training according to APA requirements and business needs.
o Collaborate with functional deans, internal customers and senior management team to determine training needs and appropriate methods.
o Implement APA learning & development programs with the guidance of capability build strategy to provide employees and managers with basic (or advanced) knowledge skills to successfully achieve their job goals/objectives.
o Support supervisors and managers to improve their interpersonal/ leadership skills in order to deal more effectively with employees by follow up workshop.
o Propose options for delivering training (instructor-led, self-study guides, eLearning, etc.) and facilitate training activities
o Design and implement evaluations that measure training effectiveness.
o Design, develop Train The Trainer (TTT) program in REC. Supervise/ evaluate trainer, evaluate performance, and refer trainers to classes for skill development.
o Formulates training policies and schedules based on knowledge of identified training needs, internal processes, business systems and/or changes in products, procedures or services
? Support Functional college launch
o Support function to get more resources (e.g. course, trainer, materials information) to make training plan and launch functional college in skill teams
o Guild/ coach function training coordinators to make training needs collection, analyze and make follow up session in REC
o Share information & resource cross function,
? Lead people engagement activities
o Drive welfare committee to run all kinds employee engagement activities smoothly, such as sports club, company/functional teambuilding, outing, global week of caring.
o Organize company communication, such Town Hall meeting, skip level meeting.
o Organize communication event
协调部门做专业技能培训,英语培训等;组织公司的family day, party 等活动
Experience and Background Skills Desired: 要求
? Minimum Bachelor Degree in English, Business or Human Resources
? Minimum 7working years in multi-national company, engineering background is preferred.
? Strong written and verbal English language skills
? Good facilitation skills, communication skills, presentation skills and interpersonal skills
? Good planning and analytical skills.
? Good Excel and PPT skills.
