职位描述
Our client is one of the leading logistics and freight forwarding service providers. To cope with their current expansion plan, they are now looking for a Project Sales Manager to join their team in Shanghai.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operational management of existing and new project business and facilitating business growth, account development and profitability in accordance with annual business plans
- Identify business opportunities for growth and development in the project business segment with a focus on heavy lift operations, ship and air chartering
- Planning and execution of strategic and tactical plans for new business including risk management review, contract review, method statement creation and technical analysis
- Execution of feasibility studies, route surveys and project logistics solution development
- Responsible for increase in revenue per agreed upon annual business plans and budgets
- Develop process action plans and technical solution plans for new projects
- Responsible for strategic pricing analysis
- Perform other job-related duties as required
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or other related disciplines
- Min. 4 years of experience in project logistics operations, sales and managerial functions
- Profound knowledge of the project business, heavy lift operations, ship- and air chartering
- Excellent network of relationships in target group of companies
- Understand basic to complex concepts and procedures in supply chain management, freight forwarding, customs clearance, ship chartering
- Must be an effective, hardworking, and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Keen business acumen will be an advantage
- Required Skills: Sales & Marketing, Communication, Interpersonal, Negotiation, Presentation, Commercial & Financial
- Excellent command in Mandarin and English is a must
- Immediately available will be highly preferable
