Job Description职位描述:
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
与客户交流，处理解决他们关于产品的问询和要求，提供相应的其他服务。

Key Responsibilities主要职责:
1. Handle all non-technique SSC issues and coordinate with Central SSC for technique SSC issues
处理所有非技术性的问题，并和总部客服协调处理技术上的问题。
2. Make monthly phone coaching call to all students and edit in system
每月打电话给所有学生跟进学习进度，并在系统里做记录
3. Handle normal technical issues and defects in center and help to communicate with relevant departments on serious issues (Central SSC or IT)
处理普通的技术性问题，如有其他的问题出现，及时和相关部门（如总部客服或IT）进行沟通
4. Reception and greeting customers, and work with course consultant to handle direct leads in a professional and efficient way
前台接待，问候客户，和课程顾问一起有效并专业地接待上门客户
5. Center equipment maintenance, center display and center stock checking and monitoring
维护中心的设施设备，定期检查库存

Requirement要求:
1. Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent
本科学历，相关专业
2. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
具备客服的相关知识
3. Knowledge of relevant computer applications
具备电脑应用技能
4. Fluent English communication skill
英语良好
