职位描述

Prepare and execute F & B sales and marketing plan
l To be activity involved in the Hotels VIP loyalty card, data base collection
l Following the following highest member coverage , total revenue generated
l Tabulation of Individual member usage by restaurant
l Actively be involved in sales calls to key clients.
l Supervise, train and be responsible for the hotels F & B sales team.
l Be involved in the hotels social media marketing program as it relates to F & B.
l To possess a thorough knowledge of all F&B menus, promotions and communicational activities.
l To be well versed with products and concepts of all F&B related areas of the hotel.
l Ensure that IHG and hotel specific brand standards and policies are correctly applied to with regards to all F&B marketing related activities.
l Prepare, manage, monitor and analyze all promotional activities.
l Constantly obtain feedback through research from guests and colleagues and use provided information as part of the monthly SWOT analysis to increase revenues and monitor effectiveness of all promotions.
l To maintain an updated competitor analysis and price variance report as outlined.
l To digest analytical and creative suggestions from the restaurant’s table management system and propose new avenues of revenue stream on a monthly basis.
l To prepare the F&B Marketing & Communications plan.
l To maintain a strong relationship with suppliers and to solicit sponsorship for events.
l To supervise any promotion as assigned by his/ her superiors.
l To implement a report-based analysis that will evaluate demographics, in-house vs. outside covers etc. on a monthly basis.
l Conduct/ attend F&B divisional and departmental meetings as required.
l Conduct/ attend marketing meetings with F&B and Communication Department required
l Ensures proper maintenance and updates of F&B marketing related files as follows:
l Collaterals and collateral request forms
l Tracking of promotions as well as pre and post P&L assumptions
l Outlet business trend related reports

l 准备、管理、监督和分析所有促销活动
l 通过调研不断获取客人和同事的反馈信息,利用所提供的信息进行每月的SWOT分析,从而增加收入并监督所有促销活动的效果。
l 制作不断更新的竞争对手分析和价格差异报告。
l 吸收餐厅餐桌管理系统的分析和创造性建议,每月提出收入流的新途径。
l 制定餐饮部市场营销和传播计划
l 与供应商保持牢固联系,并征求活动赞助。
l 监督其主管分派的任何促销活动。
l 每月实施一次报告式分析,对就餐人员统计数据、住店与外部就餐人数对比等进行分析。
l 根据要求召开/参加餐饮部门会议
l 根据要求召开/参加餐饮和传播部的市场营销会议
l 确保正确维护和更新餐饮部市场营销相关的文档,具体如下:
l 宣传资料及相关申请表
l 促销活动的跟踪文档及活动前后的损益假设数据

Crowne Plaza Nanjing Jiangling Hotel is an high-end hotel within noble interior and luxury accommodation. There are 423 rooms including presidential suites, the average size of rooms are in 42 square meters. Moreover, the hotel also offers an 1100 square meters ballroom, 240 square meters multi-functional ballroom and several meeting rooms between 80 square meters and 150 square meters, in aim to meet different needs of our guests.

The hotel has different types of restaurants and bars, all of them decorated high-end and are characteristics. It also has a capacity of 260 seats in the restaurant, featuring the world delicacies, continental buffet and Western zero makes people indulge in pleasures without stop. Lobby bar will offer elaborate world top grinding coffee, which in aim to offer a relaxed and luxury circumstance to our guests. There still are more options of coffee, tea, cocktails and wine in the restaurants and bar area. The hotel has Chinese food hall contains 12 varies styles boxes, maximum 260 seats in total.
