Job Content:
Key areas of accountability/responsibility

1.Delivers and improves the operational part of global end-2-end ICT Infrastructure services and improves the service operation for the whole, global business of DSM, that fulfills or exceeds the business and corporate requirements and service levels;
2.Responsible for continual service improvement, availability, capacity, problem, security and performance management and organizing disaster recovery tests;
3.Responsible for service improvement for all GEMS services;
4.Responsible for service delivery management (service level management) for all GEMS services;
5.Responsible for service management reporting according GEMS standards;
6.Analyzes detailed ITSAT results and take proper actions based on these results;
7.Manages tactical processes;
8.Manages the operational performance;
9.Manages the competences as resources manager and department manager;
10.Responsible for maintaining time and holiday schedules and training schedules;
11.Start up improvement projects together with the customer and/or service providers in case there is a gap between business needs and services experienced.

Requirements
Master degree;
General knowledge of DICT Technical Infrastructure;
Able to focus on tactical and strategic level;
Knowledge of the processes regarding delivery of contracted services;
ITIL Foundation (preferably ITIL Service Management) and knowledge/training of the DICT ISM processes;
ICT policies, strategies and standards;
People management skills;
Negotiation skills;
Managerial courses;
Excellent communication skills;
Knowledge of the players on the market and available services.
Experience in an IT environment > 6 years;
Experience in managing IT services > 4 years;
Experience in managing groups of employees >4 years.
