BASIC FUNCTIONS
This position is responsible for developing sales strategic and implementing sales target of Novita through the assigned sales channel in China. The incumbent is required to build the sales channel from scratch, searching and screening for the best distributor and manage them. Take responsible to build the sales from zero and achieve sales target and in the long run will responsible for business unit P&L.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
? Develop long-term sales plans for assigned product lines.
? Build up the distributor network for Novita in China.
? Manage and push the distributors to progress and achieve targets set by the company.
? Explore the new markets, eg. Guomei, Yongle, Suning, Jingdong to secure that annual sales targets are achieved.
? Develop and present sales training programs for distributor representative.
? Develop the annual trade marketing strategic plan; manage the sales displays, trade show activities, and other publicity program.
? Plan and participate in various marketing and promotion functions that are beneficial to the company's long and short sales strategies.
? Conduct presentations for potential clients/ business groups in relation to the assigned brand market.
? Perform additional tasks assigned by the management.
Supervisory Relationships
? Reports to Director - Business Development
Internal/External Business Relationships
? Frequently contact with distributors, developers and the retail outlets in the China market.
? Frequently contacts with the Retail Sales in respective region.
? Frequent contacts with Marketing and Distributor personnel.
? Communicates with different people in the retail market.
? Attend trade shows, exhibits, seminars and marketing conferences.
Education and Experience Requirements
? Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing is preferred.
? At least 8 years working experience in similar SALES function. Experience in multinational home electronics appliance industry would be a must.
? Familiar with Guomei, Yongle, Suning, Jingdong, have e-business experience is preferred.
? Rich experience of distributor development and sales channel build up.
? Strong commercial sense and negotiation skills.
? Aggressive and team player.
