Job Purpose
· To assist Marketing Manager to work on this business in China
Job Scope
l Brand building:brand strategic planning and implementation.
l Lead new product development projectand existing product improvement.
l Marketing plan and implementation: plan andimplement aligned brand activities and integrated communication.
l Consumer insight study: quantitative and qualitative research, brand tracking,new package testing, etc.
l A&P management
Qualifications & Experience
· University graduate or above
· Business/Marketing degree of other recognized qualification
· 5 years+ marketing experience, and preferably in FMCG companies
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Profound English for both oral and written
· Willing to travel
Skills
· PC literate
· Business English/ Local language capability
· Presentation skill/ Meeting facilitation

· Judgment /Problem Solving
· Good Execution Ability
· Initiative
· Individual leadership, able to manage projects independently

Key Responsibilities
Brand building(20%)
1. Monitor brand performance both existing line and new products
2. Analyze sales performance by variant, by sku, by region pick-up/in-market/off-take, and draw conclusion / make recommendation
3. Monthly track retail audit result, not only own brand but also competitors, and make commentary on it
Product development(20%)
1. Lead project on new product development
2. Work closely with R&D,PSM supporting function and sales dept. to achieve the target
3. Set up new product launching plan and connection strategy.
4. Lead projects of existing product improvement, such as packaging renewal, cost and taste improvement, etc.
Marketing plan implementation(30%)
1. Plan, implement and evaluate effectiveness for promotion activities for brand.
2. Implement marketing activities such as in-store sampling program, POSM development, media plan, etc.
3. Work closely with external supplier including advertising agency, media agency, print/design house and other parties to ensure the projects on-time accomplishment
Consumer insight study(20%)
1. Monitor market conditions and competitive activities including field visit
2. Develop and implement quantitative and qualitative market research plan based on brand need
A&P management(10%)
1. Accurate budget control with monthly tracking and update
2. Payment application
