Sr. Sales Operation Representative – 闵行

Responsibilities:
This position has authority to substantially affect the relationship between the company and a customer, either from a financial standpoint or product standpoint. The individual will be a key member of the Company Global Sales Operations Team and will be supporting APAC OEM and Retail accounts.
Manage daily backlog of strategic and non strategic accounts. Will daily receive and enter customer purchase orders into the system and manage / review customer’s forecast.
Responsible for answering all enquiries from customers and sales people, regarding order status.
Will work daily with Supply Chain to ensure proper order fulfillment. Will expedite orders as required. Will also provide constant customer support with order fulfillment, delivery issues, shortages, inventory availability and order status.
Develops and maintains positive customer relations; coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Be responsible for managing all aspects of this support including demand, execution, inventory levels and project management for strategic customers
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above
5~6 years of experience in account management, customer service, order fulfillment and supply Planning / demand Planning
Good at communication, including verbal English
Strong analytical capability by utilizing various tools (Excel, Access) and familiar with MRP (preferably with SAP)
