职位描述
1. Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary) 主要工作目标(岗位简介)
Drive the development of the English training programs under the umbrella of Corporate China Academy .This position is accountable for leading the design and deliver of English training courses/programs.
2. Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任
(Major functions of the position) (职位的首要职能)
· Work Planning 工作计划
- Responsible for drafting and executing the yearly and monthly work planning of English Training courses/programs 负责制定和执行英文培训相关的年度和月度工作计划
· Business Partner业务伙伴
- Understand and address the needs of English learning of staff in different divisions and different levels理解和和解决各部门不同层级员工在英文能力发展方面的需求
- Communicate with different stakeholders for English learning solutions 为制定英文培训/发展相关解决方案,与利益相关者进行沟通
· English Training Courses/Programs英文培训课程/项目
- Own the English Training processes and programs(English language skills, business context practices and other).负责英文培训/发展相关流程与项目(英文语言技能、业务情景联系及其他)
- Keep tracking the results of the trainees. 持续跟踪学员的英文能力发展情况。
- Design and drive the implementation of English training courses /programs to meet the needs of business and different employee groups.设计并推动英文培训/项目实施,以满足业务需要以及不同员工群体的需求
§ Design and deliver customized programs as regular English training courses/programs for Corporate China Academy为企业中国大学设计和实施客制化定期的英文培训课程/项目
§ Manage the training calendar focused on English learning 管理英文能力发展相关培训日历
§ Design and deliver on-demand coaching/training for improving internal clients’ English capability.为内部客户群体提供应需求而设计的提升英文能力的辅导/培训。
§ Provide “Help Desk” services (online, telephone or face to face) support for spontaneous English learning needs. 提供“帮助中心”服务(通过网络、电话或者面对面的形式)支持突发的英文能力提升需要。
§ Host activities(English corner, English Drama and Movie Show etc.) to involve as many Corporate staff for English capability development
- Help set up the English learning resources center for Corporate China Academy 帮助企业中国大学建立英文学习资源中心
· External partner management 外部合作伙伴管理
- Set clear standard for selection of vendors related to English training/programs为英文培训/项目相关供应商设置明确的选择标准
· Team development 内部团队发展
- Knowledge sharing with internal team 在团队内部分享知识
3. Qualification and Experience 能力与经验
Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书
· English Native Speaker 英文母语
· Bachelor degree or above in related area.相关专业领域学士学位及以上。
· 5+ experience in English training and development area 5年以上英文培训和发展相关领域经验
· With capability and experience in course/program designing independently 具备课程设计能力和经验
Leadership Competencies领导者胜任力
· Inspiring & Influencing skill to the audience
· Strong Communication skill, and be flexible to adjust teaching/coaching styles to different level/group of people
· Client oriented
· Able to create inclusive environment of learning

· In-depth knowledge and demonstrated experience of English training for MNC staff (solid English language skills, understand business and operation in MNCs, cross-cultural sense and knowledge)具备对跨国公司员工英文培训深入的知识及经验基础( 扎实的英文语言技能,了解跨国公司业务及运作,跨文化的理解和知识)
· Excellent skill of teaching/educating and coaching people(出色的讲授/教育和辅导技能)
· Problem solving: Strong diagnostic insight to identify needs/problems and to recommend & implement appropriate solutions. 问题解决:强有力的诊断分析能力以识别需求/问题,并提出和实施适当的解决方案
· Good communication with executives, line leaders, and other key stakeholders and strong presentation skills. 具备与高层、直线经理和其他关键利益相关者良好的沟通技能,以及较强的演讲能力
· Excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills and teamwork spirit 良好的人际关系建立能力和团队合作精神
