Logistics Development Supervisor

PRIME FUNCTION OF ROLE 职位概况
1. Support Logistics Development Manager to develop the PRC logistics capacity.
2. Support logistics tendering process and search for this market
3. Provide data support to sales/channel for service improvement and cost reduction.
4. Support 3PL management in commercial way
5. Carried out logistics key reports
6. Support logistics strategy plan and company’s coss functional projects
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责
3PL Management
1. Regularly evaluate 3PL companies in China, carried out monthly 3PL rewards and punishment review
2. Develop and monitor critical KPI for 3PL partner to ensure satisfactory performance.
3. Contact potential suppliers, ask for information, maintain vendor pool
4. Assist Logistics Development Manager with contract negotiation in price or charging mechanism for existing or new 3PL.
Internal Logistics Capacity Development
5. Carried monthly warehouse assumption analysis and suggest warehouse rental plan
6. Take part in the program of capacity fulfillment actions.
7. Provide price/process/system support to cross functional projects in Company.
Logistic Service and Cost
8. Update PRC lead time and distance once there is change happened or new routes required
9. Put quotation request to 3PLs, make analysis and suggest reasonable price
10. Monitor and analyze logistics cost to serve and opportunities for improvement.
Logistic Reports
11. Carried out logistics monthly reports, such as freight by 3PL, freight by cluster, warehouse rental cost detail and analysis, logistics monthly commericial report, urgetn orders summary report and the like
12. Other reports once necessary, such as support to Finance, other departments, and report support for logistics strategy change plan
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE 技能,知识及经验
1. University graduate.
2. 3 years above related working experience
3. Good English skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
4. Good data sense and detail oriented
5. Excellent English skills, communication skills and project management skills.
6. High responsibility, team player.
7. Able to work independently.
