Qualification 任职要求:

1. University degree or above, major in welding or mechanical is an advantage;
大学以上学历，焊接或机械类专业尤佳；

2. 2-5 professional experiences in relevant domain;

2-5年相关行业专业经验；

3. Be family with fixture or product design;

有夹具或产品的设计经验；

4. Good command of MS Office and CAD.;

熟练使用微软的办公软件和CAD软件；

5. Good command of English;

良好的英文能力；

Main tasks主要职责:

1． Organize process for new project , lay-out ,flow chart and fixture adjustment , support new project on side ;
组织新产品开发中工艺方案，工艺布局、过程流程以及工装准备等，配合新产品开发过程；

2． Ensure manufacture process、fixture and equipment on good condition ;
确定产品制造工艺、工装以及生产线的正常运行；

1. In charge of create process working instruction and set up process parameter ;
负责相关工艺文件的编写及工艺参数的设定；

2. Standardization of means and equipment operation;
标准化设备操作及作业流程；

3. Improve plant layout and physical flows between logistics and production;
改善工厂布局，改善物流与生产的协作流程；

4. Provide product process solution for production ;
协助解决生产中的质量问题；

5. Be family with TS16949 ;
了解并贯彻TS16949；
