职位描述
销售和服务经理负责对EF培训中心的销售部门和服务部门的全面管理和指标的完成，包括课程销售和学生服务等，即中心内一切售前和售后的相关事宜。

-本科以上学历以上
-出色的英语沟通技巧
-至少3年以上销售和运营管理相关经验

The Role
The Sales and Service is responsible for the full operation of sales and service department and achieving the sales target. This includes all pre-sale and post-sale activities in the center.

Profile
1. You love education and culture industry
2. You have a natural ability to take charge and thrive on different situations: whether that's working directly with customers, managing a team of ten to fifteen professionals
3. You enjoy working in a multicultural environment
4. You like running your own business, with your own P & L, tracking sales and retention
5. You are a natural people-person or leader, you are the lynch pin of the school (i.e. the heart of the school)

Key Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Excellent English communication skill
3. 3 years or above solid experience in Sales & Operation management
4. 3 years or above solid experience in people management
