职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Responsible for strategy setting up and execution related to marketing 4 Ps, which are Product, Promotion, Pricing and Place.
? Own full product line through product life cycle, including product definition, development and commercialization process, as well as product phase-in-phase-out strategy and execution.
? Build in-depth understanding of the total available market, customer segmentation, our opportunities, our competitors, customer purchase behavior. Understand market segment trend and able to translate the future trend and market growth opportunities to the product/sales strategy, and work with sales team on right sales strategy development.
? Design pricing strategy and responsible for the product profitable growth, through in-depth understanding on profit sensitivity on channels, customers and products.
? Lead the efforts on new product pipeline building up through work with sales team and customers, responsible for product specification, features and target cost definition. Responsible for the business case generation.
? Work with cross function team on new product development, and responsible for marketing documentation generation and product commercialization documents through the NPD process.
? Responsible for product value proposition setting up and differentiation strategy designing (including sales channel, product differentiation etc.). Work with sales/operation marketing team on product go-to-market strategy designing and execution.
? Lead transfer project through work with cross team. Cover sales account transfer, customer service on order entry process, customer complain handling, etc.
? Provide sales training on new product feature and application. Lead the efforts on customer seminar through work with sales team, product specialist and operation marketing group.
? Responsible for system solution development through work with other Product Manager and business development team.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree with major in engineering, marketing.
? At least 5 years product management and marketing experience in pump industry. Prefer to have experience in building service.
? Familiar with pump sales channels/models and pump technology.
? Strong marketing knowledge on 4 Ps and STP (segmentation, target and position).
? Problem solving skills, able to manage cross function team on multiple projects

? MBA is preferred.
? Multiple category experiences
