Responsibilities / Duties
-Preparation of offer calculation according to scope of supply.
-Analyze and propose market price for related project together with EA Sales and Bid manager at EN.
-Preparation of commercial bidding / offer documents according to customer specification and tendering document evaluation based on Siemens commercial risk control
-Negotiation of commercial contract items with customer.
-Preparation of internal controlling documents (Bid / No-Bid, LoA, Damex etc.)
-Analyze customer specification with respect to financial risks.
-Provide project related opportunity and risk reporting together with bid manager in EN.
-Check third party related material costs with support of PL to improve project related cost position.
-Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Education
- Bachelor degree in business administration or higher

Languages
- Advanced level in spoken and written English

Experience
- Working experience in different business administration related assignments (e.g. commercial officer) or as EA Sales.
- Working experience in Energy sector preferred.
- Working experience in an international company or with international environment preferred.
