主要工作职责:
1.Develop auto-quality and sense of responsibility by all actors.
by ensuring encouraging everyone in order to obtain continuous improvement of our products and services.
2.Take advantage of past experience.
by ensuring implementation of an Experience Feedback System (resources, techniques and organization).
3.Promote the use of quality tools
4.Reconcile quality, reduced costs and short product launch terms.by finding balance and arbitrate under pressure
5.Improve our products quality image and service towards consumers, distributors, After Sales Service Center, and subsidiaries.
by proposing and implementing efficient correctives actions in co-ordination with concerned department.
6.Contribute to internal and external customers and consumers satisfaction.
by ensuring that the Quality Management System is implemented and improved
by ensuring the application of Quality Policy
by after sales service.
7.Achieve the objectives of Cost Of Quality reduction.
by encouraging the staff and having appropriate decisions taken
by measuring results with the help of relevant indicators.
8.Obtain the consideration of Quality by all internal and external actors.
by taking actions to develop awareness and motivation of staff and appropriate training. 9.Guarantee the conformity of products with customers and markets requirements.
by practicing eventually quality veto at each development and production stage
by ensuring consideration of security, wealth and environment linked to product.
10.Simplify processes via the Quality Management System in co-ordination with all departments.
职位需求:
1.University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation or other relative major
2.Expertise in Quality management above 8 years
3.Ability to manage systems
4.Ability to anticipate (adopt customer point of view)
5.Ability to manage, motivate and communicate to obtain the appropriation of interlocutors on quality objectives by his leadership and competence.
6.Ability to initiate and react to identify risks and to implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
7.Ability to innovate to improve methods and to optimize the efficiency of the Quality function.
8.Communication in English
