Main duties:
1. Customer support
· Respond to customer requests regarding technical issue
· Meet customers together with sales to understand customer needs
· Analyze customer drawing and advice customer with the help of acoustic engineer
· Work closely with the Seltech and NXP technical support team
· Support of Global Account Managers for technical requests

2. Project development
· Assist project management on project development : from design phase to manufacturing
· Prepare all material for communication with customer and supplier

Minimum job experience:
3+ years experience developing physical designs for handset or mobile application
Notion of manufacturing materials and processes
Notion of quality FMEA…

Developing physical prototype

Special knowledge and character:
Good English
Developing high level physical design concepts, 3D modeling using Pro/Engineer, CAD
Has manufacturing background of plastic products
Has assembling background
Has notion of quality
Assiduous and aspiring, open minded
Willing to travel frequently
