Headquarter based in Paris, Seltechoperates in Europe as well as in China (office in Nanjing and Shenzhen) and in the United States (office in Raleigh – North Carolina).

Nanjing based, and reporting directly to the Product manager, the Quality Engineer would take part of project development.

Main duties:
1. Customerquality support
· Respond to customer requests regarding quality issue and optimize quality
· Meet customers together with sales to understand customer problems
· Work closely with the Seltech and Knowles technical support team
· Support of Global Account Managers for technical requests

2. Project development
· Assist project management on project development : from design phase to manufacturing
· Prepare all material for communication with customer and supplier
· Perform quality audit
· Perform IQC, OQC, reliability

Minimum job experience:
3+ years experiencedevelopingquality system
Notion of quality for manufacturing and processingmaterials

Special knowledge and character:
Professional English
Quality test : IQC, OQC, AQL, test methods
Quality management: 6 sigma, 5S, ISO 9001
Has manufacturing experience
Has assembling background
Assiduous and aspiring, open minded
Willing to travel frequently
